HI! I'M ESTELLE!

 

I created STRONG 1.0 to help you break free from fear of the weightlifting and become consistent with exercise all within the comfort of your own home.

 

Even though I have now been lifting in a gym regularly for years now, this is not what I've always done.

 

Years ago I found it very hard to stick with any kind of exercise routine and it wasn't until I became my busiest ever: working as a Kindergarten teacher in a foreign country and volunteering did I begin to become consistent with my workouts.

 

And even then it wasn't until about a year after that that I started lifting in the gym.

 

While I do believe in the power of lifting heavy and working out in a gym setting, it's not always the best starting point for everyone.  And if you've come to this page now, I'm guessing that's you and I have created STRONG 1.0 just for you.
